PDSA

Do you love pets?

Do you hate the thought of any pet being in pain?

Then, we’d like you to meet a very special group of poorly pets who desperately need our help – and yours. They will never get better – they all suffer from long-term conditions. But with the right treatment they could live happy, healthy lives for years to come.

PDSA cares for over 300,000 pet patients. Some of them have conditions like diabetes, heart disease, asthma and arthritis. The owners of these poorly pets love them very much, but they simply cannot afford their long-term treatment. So PDSA needs to step in to give them the medication their lives depend on.

We receive no funding from HM Government or the National Lottery for our PetAid services. Therefore we rely on the help of sponsors, and other donors, to enable us to treat these pets. These pet patients need all the sponsors they can get. The veterinary check-ups, ongoing treatment and daily medication they need are very expensive. Sponsors mean we can always be there. We can provide the treatment and check-ups that this special group of patients need, for as long as they need it.

So, please sponsor a pet today.

WHAT YOU’LL GET AS A SPONSOR

The knowledge that you are helping a poorly pet, that may otherwise have no-where else to turn, is hugely rewarding in itself.
Pet sponsorship is a very special relationship between you and the pet you have chosen to help. When you sign up as a sponsor you will receive a Welcome Pack that will contain:

  • A personalised letter thanking you for your support
  • An introduction to the pet you have chosen to sponsor
  • A leaflet explaining why poorly pets need sponsors like you
  • A photograph of your chosen pet
  • A personalised certificate, acknowledging your sponsorship

After that we will send you regular updates on your pet as well as Pet Times, PDSA’s newsletter for supporters.

The pets looking for sponsors will never get better. But they can live happy, healthy lives with PDSA’s help and yours. Together, we will be their lifeline.
